It feels like they've taken my money without delivering a thing. I've tried to get a response for a refund, but all I get are automated messages from a BOT telling me it's 'in transit.' I want my money back, and the sheer frustration of not getting a human response or seeing any resolution is why I felt compelled to reach out to customer service directly and share my story.
