I’m writing this as a final warning before you consider making a purchase. I was promised "next-day delivery" and paid an extra $19.95 for it, only to be told my order would take a week. My experience left me feeling that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After being ignored by automated bots and emails, I felt I had no choice but to keep calling until I could speak to a human to get my money back for a service I never received.
Customer: I finally got a person. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order is going to take a week. I want that shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check your order details. I see the delay. I can submit a request to our billing department, and it will be up to them to review it.
Customer: A request? No. You’re not getting it. You took my money for a service you failed to provide. That’s not something “up to them.” Refund my money.
