I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering using this website. My experience was a total exercise in frustration, and I sincerely wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. It’s been over two weeks since they took my money, and I even paid for expedited shipping, yet they're still screwing around trying to get a copy of the script from my optician. After being left completely in the dark, I had no choice but to contact their customer service to demand an explanation.
Customer: My order number is 85421. It's been over two weeks since I paid for expedited shipping, and my order hasn't even shipped. Can you tell me what's going on?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the delay and the lack of communication. Let me look up your order. I see the hold-up is that we are still trying to verify your prescription with your optician's office.
Customer: It’s taken two weeks to figure that out? Why was I not contacted about this? This is unacceptable for an order I paid extra to expedite.
CS Rep: You are right, we should have notified you immediately. I sincerely apologize for our error. I can attempt to contact them again right now, or I can cancel the order and process a full refund for you if you prefer.
