A Health Hazard & Customer Service Nightmare 🤢 A Warning
I’m writing this as a warning to save others the headache and physical discomfort I went through. My experience was beyond frustrating; it was a health hazard. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After days of trying, I finally managed to get someone on the line to address this dangerous mistake.
Customer: I was sent the wrong prescription for my safety glasses. I've been trying to reach you for days! Your product is making me dizzy and nauseous. This is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear this. It is never our intention to cause any harm or frustration. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: It's order #XYZ789. Frankly, I'm shocked it's so hard to get help for a mistake that affects someone's health. I can't work safely with these glasses.
CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've had contacting us. I've found your order and I see the error. We will expedite a new, correct pair to you immediately and issue a full refund for your trouble.
