Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering prescription eyewear online. My direct feeling and conclusion after this ordeal is that this company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. To make matters worse, it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I felt utterly compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because this isn't just an inconvenience; it's a health issue.
Customer: Hello, I need help with an order. I received my safety glasses, but the prescription is completely wrong. They're making me dizzy and nauseous. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear that.
