Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience so you don't fall into the same trap. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this company is atrocious, and I just wanted my money back after all the frustration.

Customer: My order #105081183, placed on February 24th, never arrived, and I'm still waiting for my $246 refund. The tracking has been stuck in Atlanta for weeks, and I only get bot responses. Where is my money?

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the unreceived order and the refund delay. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Let me pull up your order details right away.

Customer: This is absolutely unacceptable. I've been given the runaround for far too long. I used Zinni before and never had this problem. I just want my money back.
