They gladly take your money, but when it's time to fix an issue, it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated, and when you finally get in touch with someone, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They just don't care because there's no one else to talk to for a complaint.

Customer: I am absolutely frustrated with the lack of help I've received regarding my order. Your automated system is useless, and frankly, the last person I spoke with was incredibly rude and just hung up on me! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced and for the unprofessional behavior you encountered. That is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you immediately? Customer: It's order #GUS12345. My glasses arrived bent, and the left lens keeps falling out! When I called, I was told to just initiate a return, but I need functional glasses now, not more hassle. It feels like you don't care at all. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Receiving damaged glasses and then facing a difficult support experience is unacceptable. Let me check the details of your order. Instead of a standard return, I can offer to expedite a replacement frame and a pre-paid return label for the defective one, so you're not without glasses for too long. Customer: So, you're saying I don't have to send mine back first? Because if I have to send them back before getting a replacement, I'll be without glasses, and that's just not an option.
