Let me warn you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping you won't fall into the same trap. I'd ordered from this website before without issues, so I didn't understand the negative reviews. But my recent purchase revealed that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. This blatant misrepresentation compelled me to reach out to their customer service, but getting help was a nightmare.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, but your email says my order will take three business days. Where is the next-day service I paid for? This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I'm very sorry for the confusion and the discrepancy between what was advertised and what you've experienced. Let me look into your order details right away. Customer: Confusion? It's fraud! I tried calling, emailing, and using your bot, but got nowhere. I just want my $19.95 refunded since you clearly aren't providing the service. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've had reaching us and for the miscommunication regarding the delivery timeframe. I can see your order and the express shipping fee. I will immediately process a refund for that $19.95 delivery charge for you. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: So, it's actually getting refunded? Not just "submitted to billing" with no follow-up? And what about my glasses? When will they actually arrive? CS Rep: Yes, I am confirming the refund for the $19.95 delivery fee has been initiated directly. As for your glasses, while I regret they won't arrive tomorrow, your order is now in production and is expected to ship within the next 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking update as soon as it departs our facility.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of misleading promises and terrible customer service.
