An Absolute Nightmare: 2.5 Hours Wasted on a Broken Website 😤
I want to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to others. I was just trying to buy a couple of pairs of glasses, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. The Web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. After finally getting the order submitted, I was so annoyed that I had to contact customer service to see if they could even explain what happened.
Customer: I just spent over two hours fighting with your website to place an order. It wouldn't save my prescription and now I have to re-enter it all over again via email. This is ridiculous.
